    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently finished my trial and taken out a subscription, however, now non of my videos are being saved in my Library.&amp;nbsp; I have not done anything different other than subscribe ???&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is really frustrating me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Have you checked that the camera(s) are in the subscription plan?&amp;nbsp; Use a PC (browse to my.arlo.com), go into the subscription area and look for "manage cameras".&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When you livestream a camera, can you make a manual recording?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you double-checked that the camera is armed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is, perhaps try the motion detection test.&lt;/P&gt;
