Hello. i have just install my arlo, and i can not receive video call. only voice.

Do you have any suggestions?

Have you tried reducing the resolution in the video settings?

i have ready any post, i try everythiong that i read, i try to change resulotion, i yty from diferent mobile, the sound is ok. the video is off. i have just buy this.

What is displayed on your phone after answering a phone call from your doorbell? Is there a grey screen?
