When someone rings the doorbell when I’m out and about (decent signal to home Wi-Fi for the doorbell and 5g connection on my handset. The audio is appalling to the point that is useless. I have tried reducing the video quality to the lowest but still causes a problem. Works ok when on the same Wi-Fi connection. Doesn’t seem to matter if where I am away from home and on Wi-Fi either. Any suggestions??

Are you able to test this with another device by chance via a granted access user or signing in to another phone?
