    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently started using the Arlo wire free doorbell and i'm having some issues with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've noticed that the doorbell does not record audio when motion is detected, only when someone actually rings the door and I answer on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this intended? I assumed it would record audio when it detects motion aswell, not just when someone actually rings the doorbell.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've looked through all the settings and everything audio related seems to be on. I've also restarted the doorbell through the webpage and app but this did nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have at least a trial subscription for the doorbell (Settings, Subscription)? Do you have an active mode that has a rule for the doorbell?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
