    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wireless doorbell is a little over a year old.&amp;nbsp; I've always had excellent sound quality while recording or using live video until recently.&amp;nbsp; I've reset the doorbell, uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no luck.&amp;nbsp; My speaker volume is at 100% but the sound quality is very low I can hardly hear people speaking on my porch 2 feet away from the doorbell while it's recording or using live video.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does suggest that the device is faulty and likely out of warranty, check the warranty status in the app under settings/support/ select your device and scroll to bottom for warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also access your arlo support options, they may sell you a new device with a discount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As an after thought, with the arlo app open check the phone volume level is correct, stranger things have happened before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
