So, my Alro doorbell looks like this:

I'm guessing that this is bad.

Jim

I'm not sure what else I can tell you. It is an Arlo Wired Video Doorbell, and it hasn't taken a video (on its own) since August 30th. The doorbell chime works, as does the message function. If I connect to it using the Arlo app I can get a live feed from the camera, but that's about it. I have no idea why the area above the doorbell button or the sensor (I'm guessing) are red. I was hoping you could tell me that.

Jim

Thanks for the update, I didn't know if there was a camera flash causing some sort of reflection, so I wanted to verify. I would suggest reaching out to the Support Team to further investigate this and request an RMA while you are under warranty. You can find several options for contacting support though the Arlo Mobile App by navigating to Settings/System/Support.

Nope, no flash. It's r5eally strange, don't you think.

I'll check with support on the app.

Jim
