    <description>Just purchased a wire-free doorbell and downloaded the Arlo app when I click into it it says to set up a new device and when I click doorbells it lists video doorbell, audio doorbell, chime.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I click video doorbell it seems like it takes me to the wired video doorbell setup.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It mentions the power kit which didn't come with mine as well as tapping into an existing chime etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is no place to click or no separate option for the wire-free doorbell.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Android or iOS? I just checked Android and I see both options. Try reinstalling the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Both Android and iOS should provide options to installed the Wire-Free or Wired versions.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo mobile app installed from the app store.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>My so recently updated (Android) and the wire free doorbell option has been removed and I now cannot connect the doorbell.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just checked this on my phone and see the same thing. A removal and reinstall of the app fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
