      <description>When I scan the QR Code for my Brand New wireless door bell, it reads it as a “Chime 2” and not the actual door bell. We do not have a “Chime” of any sort??? Completely stuck, as the Bot CS keeps telling me how to scan a QR Code … the actual scanning is not the issue!?!?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you selecting the proper doorbell when starting the process and not scrolling down to the chime section? Seems like a silly question but ya never know.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, it may be a manufacturing issue that somehow put a chime QR code on a doorbell. The fastest solution would be to swap at the store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
