Arlo DoorBell microphone no longer works after IOS 15 update

HI,

Since i updated my IOS for a goPRO app, the microphone on my phone no longer communicates with the doorbell, i can see and hear them, but they can't hear me, this is on wifi and data...

Please help, it seems a lot of people have a similar issue.

Can you provide more detail regarding this, what do you mean by GoPro app?

I was just mentioning the reason I updated the IOS to 15, GoPro is irrelevant and I have removed it anyway

I am now and it seems to have started working, will give it a few days and test whilst I'm away from home and not on the wifi...

I was on 3.5.x before the update

Can you provide more detail regarding the issue you are experiencing and the steps you have tried to resolve it? Which version of the Arlo app are you using? iOS/Android?

Version 3.6.5
Steps:
Reset, enable mic In multiple places (all?, who knows),

Fails on iOS 15.5, works on android

Is this incoming or outgoing audio, occurring on wifi and mobile data/HomeKit?

Can you update your device to iOS 15.5 and Arlo App v3.6.6. If you don't see the update in the App Store you can remove and reinstall the app for the update.

Hi,

I am on IOS, when it updated to 15.4, arlo voice from phone to device stopped working, I could hear people speaking to me from the door bell mic, then I updated arlo app to 3.6 which appeared to fix the issue.

now working ok.
