Package Detection not working

hi all,
just got this and i had 3 months trial for Smart Notification
i set it as Package Detection, see screenshot.
but it not detect any package at all, even big one, as Arlo said put camera about 10 feet heigh but can not because this is doorbell can not put 10 feet, i put 4 feet only
test again today, if not work then i return it
any ideas?

Is regular activity being detected by the doorbell? Are you able to live stream and record without any issues?

any other functions work properly

only package detection is not working

I uploaded the screenshot one more time for you to see how the doorbell see the package
