App crashes when a doorbell rings

Also, there is a lot of lag in the door bell while there are cameras in the house which are working fine even though some of the cameras are kept further away compared to the doorbell

Do you receive any error messages when the the app crashes? Which app are you using (iOS or Android), do you have the latest version available from the app store?

Delay or lag often is a symptom of interference or poor signal strength. What does the signal strength icon show for the doorbell?

When the app crashes - it basically hangs and then i need to force close or it would give an option to 1. CLOSE APP; 2. WAIT FOR APP TO RESPOND. I am using Android and there is no new update available

With regards to the door bell - the internet connection is pretty good as it generally shows 2/3 or 3/3 bars for internet strength
