I am trying to reconnect my wirless doorbell camera to a new network. I can't see the qr code on the back of the doorbell camera. Is there another way to reconnect the camera to the network?

If we're talking about the wired doorbell and connecting to WiFi, I see a QR code from the app, not the doorbell. Can you verify the procedure you're using?

Try using pinch zoom while scanning the QR code - that's helped me in the past.
