Traditional Wired Musical Door Chime keeps ringing

Hi,

I wire connected the Arlo Video Doorball to my Existing Mechanical Traditional Musical Door Chime.

When I press the doorbell the musical choke won’t stop ringing until I use my release pin and disconnect the doorbell.

Is there anything I can do for a quick fix or is the doorbell not compatible with my chime?

There is a Heath/Zenith CA-R3 digital chime listed on the Ring doorbell's incompatible list.

It's not clear to me if that is the same model or not, but if it is then it is likely not compatible with Arlo either.
