Just purchased 4 weeks ago. Here is the list of problem

video and alert delay. Either none or next-day

interior doorbell ring; yes wired correctly

night videos green boxes

read many thread dating back to 2020 seems like issues never been resolved. Guess should have read before purchased. Not happy at all. Better to just look out my window see who at the door

This sounds like it could be a connection problem. Since it's a wire-free doorbell, dismount it, remove the wires and take it inside to see if it works better.

Not sure what you mean by "it's hard". You can certainly connect existing wiring to the wireless doorbell but that only enabled use of a traditional chime as well as trickle charging of the battery. That's why I suggested disconnecting the wires to be able to take the doorbell someplace with a better signal.
