      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just updated the Wire Free doorbell to the latest firmware. Immediately the Grey Screen with Spinning Wheel issue came back. To clarify, this occurs when someone rings the doorbell and you try to answer to see who is there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is this still an issue a year later?!       <description>I have exactly the same issue… literally just installed my doorbell today and it has the latest firmware etc… yet when the doorbell ‘calls’ it’s just stuck on the spinning loader with a grey square.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Massively frustrated at spending the money on something that is essentially useless as a video doorbell!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here. When iPhone is connected to Wifi, everything works smoothly. When connected via cellular network (e.g. 4G or 5G) the doorbell call comes in, but answering results in a grey screen and no connection with the doorbell. It's repeatable and consistent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
