topic Video Doorbell Delay in Arlo Video Doorbell Wire-Free

Hi, I bought the arlo essential video doorbell recently. I found when you first set the device up, the delay between when someone rings the bell and when you recieve the call on your phone, was very quick - like 1 second. This was great! However, after a little while, it goes to a 5-10 second delay and I can't figure out why.

The device has full wifi connection strength. I have also reset it the device and experience the same thing - no delay at first, but later in the day it then goes to a 5-10 second delay.

Base station is up to date on its firmware, and also has been restarted.

Anyone else experiencing this? I did see others experienced a similar problem on the other models, but was expected this latest wireless model to be better.
