iPhone hangs/crash after call from doorbell

Hello
I’ve bought a AVD2001 and installed yesterday. I’ve installed last firmware and restart the doorbell as well. I and my wife testing the device now. But it works for me(iPhone 12 pro ) But not for my wife(iPhone 12 pro Max). I’ve seen that many people had same problem But as I undrestood the last firmware should resolved this problem. But it didn’t helped us at all. Any idee why?

The development team is currently investigating this issue. I will provide an update once we have more information.

Yet the issue persists.

Now on firmware 1.2.0.0_621 and I see no evidence whatsoever that "The development team" has done anything at all to resolve it.
