Is it common for the doorbell to ring by itself? Our doorbell rang last night @ 11:54 PM EST and when we checked the door, nobody was there. It did not record video either. We've never had this occur before and are trying to figure out if a person rang the doorbell and quickly left, or if the device has malfunctioned. Please advise. We've tried desperately to contact someone in support, but have not been able to speak with a human over the phone.

No.

Did the doorbell call you? Or did your chime ring?
