How do you disable the call without disabling the chime?

Is there any way to:

disable the automatic call - receive a notification / message instead
have the indoor chime still work
not have the person requested to leave a message

This is how the competitors devices work, but it seems impossible to achieve with Arlo.

Hey @komaba

To silence your calls and have only the chime notify you navigate to the Doorbell Settings > Silent mode > Turn on > Select the devices you would like to ring (green is ON)

To turn off leave a message scroll down to Doorbell call > Call settings > Leave your message (Off is Grey ON is green)

Thanks for this.

I've tried it and although it stops the video call it also appears to not send any notifications to say that the doorbell was pressed. Is there any way to have a notification only?

Though this would be a good feature, the doorbell doesn't have it.
