    <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently moved and our &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Arlo Essential Wired Video Doorbell" id="arlo-wired-video-doorbell"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp; was damaged. I don't know when or how it happened but I haven't tried connecting it yet. Will this thing even work with the lens shattered? If it could work, what are some potential issues I'd run into? Having just moved I cannot really afford another doorbell, at least a quality one like Arlo, so I'm hoping there's something I could do.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try setting it up to see what the video quality is. I suspect you won't like it and there's the chance of water infiltration, too. It may still work well otherwise but you won't know until you try.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you sure the lends is actually cracked and not just something on the lens that looks similar?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick reply. There is little broken bits of glass so its more than cracked. I will try removing all the broken pieces and hook it up to see if or how it works. Will report back later today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
