    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, we are still having this problem and I did confirm that our transformer is correct. Seems like the unit just stopped working and I'll likely need to replace it, hopefully under warranty. Any suggestions on how I go about that? It was purchased in Dec 2021. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a wired doorbell that I installed in December 2021. It worked fine until I had to change out my modem and when I went to change the settings to re-connect Arlo, there is no LED light at any time. There is power. So I can't sync the doorbell and therefore can't use it. Help please!!!!!!!! Again, there is definitely power and it had worked previously before losing the network. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
