      <description>&lt;P&gt;First I suggest seeing if you can make a recording while livestreaming the doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't, then verify that the doorbell is listed under the subscription in the subscription area of the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can, then double check the rule for the doorbell, and make sure it is still set to record.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them" target="_blank"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/42/What-are-modes-and-rules-and-how-does-Arlo-use-them&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I figured out my issue. The doorbell device is under my log on and my cameras are under my husband's log on. I have to signed on to my account to see the doorbell video and signed into my husband's account to view the camera library.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This assumes a subscription - direct access to local storage is only available in the primary account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
