      <description>I have the same issue. Previous owner says that the wires doorbell is off of their account, but I still can’t sync to the camera. I can’t add the camera, and therefore I can’t purchase a subscription to talk with someone</description>

      <description>I tried resetting multiple times no luck.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Because we needed a security system while we are gone, decided not to support this company because of how our experience has been. I was totally going to get one of these for mom too but once again after this experience, we bought a different option.</description>
