Arlo wired doorbell won’t connect to WiFi get QR code chime

I have tried every step that I can find in these threads - multiple times - and am getting really annoyed. I have an open case 42306710 and everything they have me try are all things I told them I tried - many many times. I get the QR chime.. I never connect. My lights are either solid white or flashing white.

- connected to 2.4 WiFi

- no special characters check spelling and case sensitive

- cellular data off

- reset doorbell 40+ Million times.....

- uninstalled app

- reboot router

- tried another phone

- used ipad

- unhook WiFi extender

- use WiFi extender log on

- generated my own QR code

someone please help.... 😩

It's also possible it's just faulty. Beating your head against the same brick wall multiple times hoping for a different outcome is Einstein's definition of insanity. Swap at the store.
