      <description>In my settings of the video doorbell it says that the connection is lost at the tunnelt “connected to “. &lt;BR /&gt;But in fact the doorbell is connected , I can manage it from my phone. My wife sees that the doorbell is connected ( she uses Android and I use Apple ). &lt;BR /&gt;Is this just a bug in the iPhone arlo software. Any tips to get this solved? &lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance.</description>

      <description>Yes, recordings are being saved, and I can see live stream from my phone. &lt;BR /&gt;The only thing is that in settings of my arlo doorbell it says “ connection lost “.</description>

      <description>Any suggestions James?&lt;BR /&gt;It is quite confusing that there is a message that the connection is lost but I am still able to manage my doorbell from phone and it records movies in the cloud.</description>
