Arlo video doorbell rings when depressed but when answered there is no video.

When the doorbell rings. It answers fine but when I answer it, it looks like I answered an audio doorbell. No place on the screen for video. But if I go to the doorbell it’s displaying and recording fine.

I have the same issue. Just audio, no video when answering the doorbell call. I am using an iPhone 11 pro. Is this a setting somewhere?

Try lowering the resolution in your doorbell video settings. Do you still experience the same behavior?
