<P>This could be due to a power issue with your transformer.
My chime rings only sometimes after the doorbell is pushed. It will call my phone and makes a tone at the doorbell itself. But the chime in the house only rings sometimes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and double checked the settings. Chime is set to mechanical. I have been through this site and have tried fixes related to other problems but do not find an answer for this bug. I find either people’s chime does not ring at all or randomly without being pressed
