    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue. &amp;nbsp;I can't reconnect it to my system. &amp;nbsp;It searches to find it and does not find it. &amp;nbsp;I tried replacing it and the same thing happened. &amp;nbsp;It was working fine, I saw the update said it now works with the arlo chime. &amp;nbsp;I called arlo and they said it didn't and I told them to look up the arlo app on the app store. It says it now works with the chime.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why won't it connect like before and how do we connect it to the chime?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have reset it about ten or 15 times and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Pink Image / Removed Doorbell</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My video doorbell was showing a pink image and reading some of these discussion boards it said the fix was to reset and remove the doorbell. So i removed the device from the app and then reset it but now i can't reconnect the doorbell to my app. has anyone experienced this and if so how did they get it to connect again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;After removing the device, did you also factory reset? If not, try factory resetting the doorbell before attempting to onboard again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did you also remove the Arlo Video Doorbell from Settings &amp;gt; My Devices &amp;gt; select your Doorbell&amp;nbsp; &amp;gt; Remove&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once removed, perform a factory reset as instructed in the article linked above.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;From there you should be able to add the doorbell back to your account as if it were new.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;While the Arlo mobile app now includes support for syncing your doorbell to a Base Station or SmartHub (allowing Arlo Chime support), this integration is not&amp;nbsp;quite ready. Firmware updates need to take place before you're able to use the mobile app to sync the doorbell with a Base Station or SmartHub.&amp;nbsp;We expect that firmware to be available very soon, we'll keep the community updated.&lt;/P&gt;
