      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a single arlo doorbell camera at my previous house. I cancelled the plan prior to moving but I continue to be billed $9.99 per month. I logged into my account and it shows I currently have no plan. The support line won't assist me since I have cancelled my plan so I have no idea how to stop the charges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue. I cancelled in February and continue to get billed. I can't get through via the website since it shows my account is not active. I have had to dispute via my credit card each month. Is there a way to get a callback so I can finally be arlo free?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
