    <description>&lt;P&gt;Without a subscription you can't get help from official support. You could purchase a monthly single camera plan to be able to contact them and cancel it when done. If it's within the warranty period, a replacement could be offered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Video doorbell not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo video doorbell not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;press button, nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;taken off &amp;amp; tried reset - nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;charged battery &amp;amp; reconnect, flashes white once but nothing thereafter. Press button to sync but nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;do I need new doorbell, new battery or both?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cannot find anyway to contact support.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
