Best option for a chime with my Video doorbell?

I bought the Video Doorbell in the US last week and have just installed it at home in the UK. I ordered a UK chime, without thinking, only to find they won’t work together.

I’ve got Apple devices and Sonos, is there any way of linking the video doorbell to my Sonos system so that when the bell is pushed, it causes the Sonos to play a sound?

(The video doorbell is the only Arlo device I have, no hub or other cameras)

No. If you bought the cheapest base and connected the doorbell to that instead of WiFi you could use the Arlo chime. Otherwise, you would need to use an existing chime that's connected to the doorbell via wiring.

Thanks - I've read different things about the video doorbell not being particularly good at working with the rest of the system. If it definitely works, I'll buy a hub

I jumped the gun a bit - it's said that eventually the video doorbell will be able to connect to the hub/base but that's not currently available (I thought it was but I was wrong - just checked). If/when that announcement is made the chime should work. Until then you only get notifications through your phone.
