      <title>New App experience with Chime 2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a Pro 5 2K camera that I want to connect to my existing system. To do this I need to upgrade to a new app, but when I start on the process it tells me that my Chime 2 doesn't work with this new app. Does anyone know when an updated firmware is released for Chime 2? I do need this Chime, so what to do, is there a workaround so I can use the old app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I happen to have a Chime 2 connected to my account which has been using the new interface for a long time. WHat doorbell is it paired with? I suppose you could remove the chime from your account, migrate to the new interface and then add the chime back in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the instruction in this tread and it worked perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was easy to connect the chime afterwards, seems it can't be migrated as the doorbell camera can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this should be said during the installation, instead of saying there's no updated firmware, cause&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this stopped me, instead of helping me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happy that I could get help here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
