Arlo Doorbell - Buttlon not working

Any help is appreciated as the chat does not work and its almost impossible to contact any support! My Arlo doorbell has stopped working. The battery is full, but the bell is not calling my phone or alerting my two chimes. I went through the process to reset the doorbell which not won't work either as the button has stopped working completely,

Did you ever receive a response to your query?

My doorbell is not calling either of the two numbers programmed, we have no door knocker & live in a townhouse so if I'm on the second floor, can't hear someone knocking!!

It is ridiculous that there is no functional after sales service, I hate products like this!

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
