Local storage Hub and doorbell

I have recently cancelled my subscription and I have a smart hub 4000 along with 3 pro cameras and essential wired VD. The VD is not recording locally to usb and thumbnails not showing in library can only view live. All other cameras working and recording.

I have deleted it several times, deleted app re installed etc.

please help

The VMB4000 base supports local recording, but not playback.

Your pro cameras were sold with 7-cloud storage, and all the recording you see in the app are in the Arlo Cloud - not from the USB storage. The ONLY way to see local recordings with a VMB4000 is to eject the storage from the app, and then connect it to a PC. Then search the USB storage to find the recordings.
