Personally I think it should be possible to engage with support on a PC. Then you can do troubleshooting on the app w/o disrupting the chat session.

This is more for the app than the video doorbell, but my doorbell seems to have problems a lot and randomly stops getting notifications. It’s incredibly tedious having to exit out of a support chat to go and dig to find a my serial number or firmware version. And then when they ask my to troubleshoot the problem, I have to exit the chat to go see if my troubleshooting steps are working. Then after doing that, I have to click 6 different buttons just to re-enter the chat. Long story short, for the love of God, please make it easy to keep a support chat conversation open while having to troubleshoot steps in the app. It’s so annoying having to go back and forth between re-opening the support chat and doing steps in the app to fix the dang problem with a device.
