Installing power kit to chime box

I have an old chime box. There are 9 posts. The layout is:

term A, term B, side-rear, side, front-rear, side, front.
the wires are attached to term A, term B and then over to the first FRONT.

I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this layout and if so, how did you attach the power kit?
