    <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens if you just connect it to WiFi instead of the base/hub? If that works, you can then move it to your base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo wired doorbell falls offline when updating firmware</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Moved into a new house. Installed the doorbell (and cameras). The doorbell connects, but says it needs to update the firmware. After hitting yes to update - about 1 minute later I get the message it appears the device is offline. It doesn't come back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset the doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset the base station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've changed wifi routers - both 5g and 2.4g - same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At my wits end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. The doorbell connects, but when updating the firmware I get a message the devices appears too be offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
