Pressed and held button for a few seconds and still nothing. Turned power off, check connections at chime and behind door bell, all connections were good. Breaker back on and no lights on button. Breaker off, disconnected Arlo doorbell, hooked up old doorbell, it works. Reconnected Arlo doorbell again and no lights.
