    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi James: &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The iPhone app directs me to the desktop to change subscription plans.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the desktop, &amp;nbsp;I sign in, &amp;nbsp;and navigate to the "DoorBell" page, and &amp;nbsp;both the account and subscription are grayed out. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thanks for your help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't see any obvious to attach a screen-shot or a file in my response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Naresh&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi: &amp;nbsp;I am trying to change the subscription plan to an annual plan, but the "subscription" tab is grayed out. &amp;nbsp;Logging into my account using a desktop. &amp;nbsp;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Inability to proceed with a subscription often is due to incorrect or incomplete information being entered into the required fields. Check to make sure all of the information you're entering is correct and try again.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;PNG and JPG can be attached using the "Drag and drop here" below the posting text box.&amp;nbsp; There is also a camera icon over the posting test box that will embed those images in-line.&amp;nbsp; Embedded images need mod approval before they are shown, which can take a while.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
