How do I cancel my Arlo Subscription(s)

I can't figure out a way to talk to someone at Arlo about our subscription. We are being charged $4.99 twice a month, plus a charge of $2.99 once a month. There is a mixup somewhere but I am tired to dealing with a company that makes it impossible to ask a question or cancel an account.

Can anyone tell me how to cancel my account? I am FedUp.
