Can't connect Doorbell

I purchased a doorbell and I think is a waste of money. My base is not finding it and can’t connect it. Is saying that it needs a different WiFi signal. I can’t afford to have a WiFi just for it. Does Arlo do trade in?

i need to exchange the doorbell for something compatible to my station.

You can connect to your local 2.4ghz wifi router or a arlo base/hub if it’s installed already.

I have VMB3000, and just today my base station stop working. I feel like I wasted my money.

so frustrating..😩

How many cameras were using the base, is the base showing any LEDs?

Only the arlo audio doorbell will connect with the 3000 Base station.

Do you have local wifi?

You can of course connect the doorbell to your home wifi.
