Arlo Video Doorbell and granted access user phone call issue

Hi, I have a Doorbell wired. When someboy click on doorbell i receive on my phone and can see the live video, I got a iphone 14 pro. But on my parents phone, that are android, we can't see any video when receive a call from doorbell.

I already see some discussions here about that and did every suggestions, Why that problem stiil continues ?

Which version of the arlo app are the phones using?
