&lt;P&gt;I suggest checking the transformer voltage and power (VA) specs next, and also measure voltage if you can.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Setting the powerkit switch to X (bypass mode) should stop the issues, but the chime won't ring if you do that, so that is at most a temporary workaround.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
