ARLO WIRED DOORBELL CAMERA

My existing doorbell camera was working fine, it was connected to BASE VMB3000. I switched internet providers and had to disconnect the base from the old router, I have hooked everything up to new router, and all of my cameras are connected to the base, but when I try and add the doorbell camera it is now telling me that i need to upgrade my ARLO base station in order to add the doorbell camera.

It was working fine for the last three years, all I did was disconnect it from the old router to a new router, and everything else is working fine, can anyone help?

The doorbells aren't compatible with the VMB3000.

The doorbell must have been connected directly to your home wifi.
