      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I have a similar ongoing issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The doorbell suddenly fails to detect motion, and does not trigger the chime when pressed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In the app I go to devices / settings / doorbell / restart .. and it works again .. for a while - but really not a solution, as it is happening daily - so without constantly checking I don't know whether it is functioning!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing particularly untoward about my installation - except, perhaps, I have the USB cable permanently connected.&amp;nbsp; I suppose I could unplug it to see is it has similar behavior under battery power - but I do quite like the "set and forget" option of being plugged in ..&amp;nbsp; and it had been working continuously for about 6 months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd be grateful for any suggestions&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; TIA &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
