    <description>&lt;P&gt;Forgive if I am beating a dead horse with this question. Just received my Video Doorbell 2nd Generation. When trying to add it to my "network", I keep getting the error code "4100." I have gone through and disabled my VPN from both the computer and phone and I still get the message. I have reset the Arlo "Hub" as well as the doorbell with no luck. I know that the network name is correct. Or should it be the "arlo" hub network? If so, I am not seeing that as an option under "networks."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank-you for your time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't (yet) connect a 2nd gen camera to an Arlo Hub, because Arlo hasn't released that feature yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to connect it to your home wifi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When are you getting the error?&amp;nbsp; Is bluetooth turned on in the phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
