topic AVD4001 hardwire option, successfully connected to mechanical chime and chime worked but stopped in Arlo Video Doorbell 2nd Gen

AVD4001 installation was successful, the traditional chime setting was linked to mechanical properly and the doorbell chime worked, as well as on my phone. After a few days the doorbell still rings through to phone but not to doorbell chime and the traditional chime setting now says disconnected. I checked all the wiring connections and they are still in tact, so that is not the issue

any advice would be helpful

Oh and when I had a traditional, sometimes you just need to power cycle the chime itself. And if that doesn't work, re-onboard.
