    <description>&lt;P&gt;do you have the 2nd generation or 1st generation doorbell?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for either&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;youll need to factory reset your doorbell by pressing the reset little hole for 15 seconds until you see a blinking amber light then remove it from your arlo app by going into devices&amp;gt;gear icon&amp;gt;device info&amp;gt;remove device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then youll need to re-onboard it by going into devices on your arlo app and adding device&amp;gt;doorbell&amp;gt; then choosing the doorbell you have and following the prompts, at one point itll ask you to connect it to your new network,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;contact arlo support from your settings for more help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you don't have to reset or anything else. Just go into the router's WiFi settings and change the SSID and password to what the old router used. All devices that were connected to the old router will then automatically connect. If you removed the device or reset it, you should then trying setting it up as if new.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
