Doorbell and Google home

I have recently had the doorbell installed. I connected it to Google home and the doorbell press was announced on Google home a single time. Since then, it stopped working.

The video does not display in the Google home app and the announcement no longer works.

I have reconnected the link between Arlo and Goole home multiple times.

Please advise as how to fix/resolve.

Have you checked for the latest firmware for your google home device?

Yes, my device is running the latest firmware, as indicated on https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7365257?hl=en-GB
