Unable to onboard

I have just bought this doorbell and chime. I tried to set up an account and verified it but it won't let me in to get the doorbell and chime set download to set it up.

Watched the video but it assumes that the system will let me in.

The chatbot is useless as it gives no optionions to get me into the system to be able to set the bell up.

Can you log in from a PC (my.arlo.com)?

What happens when you try to log in from the phone?
