      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just bought this doorbell and chime. I tried to set up an account and verified it but it won't let me in to get the doorbell and chime set download to set it up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Watched the video but it assumes that the system will let me in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The chatbot is useless as it gives no&amp;nbsp;optionions to get me into the system to be able to set the bell up.&lt;/P&gt;
